Co-founded and co-lead a no-cost energy concierge with Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven. 1,500+ residents served and $5M+ in braided funding deployed. Profiled in Connecticut PURA's 2024 concierge programs study and selected for DOE Communities LEAP technical assistance with NREL.

Feasibility study for an 11 MW network of microgrids serving healthcare, a university, schools and municipal facilities, with public/private ownership and financing structures.
